Do you offer any warranty on repairs?

Yes, all our repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If the same issue returns within this period, we’ll fix it at no additional cost. Parts replaced have their manufacturer’s warranty, which may extend beyond our service warranty.

What are your rates for computer repair?

Our diagnostic fee is $49, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. With most repairs, the repair rates fall between $85-$350 total, depending on the issue. We always provide a detailed quote before beginning any work, and we offer price matching for comparable services.

Can you recover data from a dead computer?

In most cases, yes. Our data recovery success rate is over 95%. Even if your computer won’t boot or the hard drive seems dead, we can often retrieve your important files. The cost depends on the complexity of the recovery process, but we offer a no-data, no-charge guarantee for many recovery services.

Do I need an appointment to bring in my device?

Your shop is too far away, do you do house calls?

Absolutely! Just let us know your address, and we’ll schedule an appointment to pick up your device. Similarly, once the repair is complete, we’ll transport it back to you. Do note that additional fees may be incurred.

Can you fix blue screen errors and system crashes?

Yes, we specialize in diagnosing and fixing blue screen errors, system crashes, and boot failures. These issues can stem from hardware problems, driver conflicts, or corrupted system files. Do you offer pickup and delivery services?

Yes, we offer pickup and delivery services within Singapore for a small fee. This service is free for repairs over $200. We also offer remote support for many software issues.

What if my PC can't be fixed?

If we determine that a repair isn’t economically feasible (repair cost exceeds the value of the device), we’ll discuss alternatives with you. We can help with data recovery from the old device and offer competitive pricing on refurbished systems or new builds. We also provide recycling services for old equipment at no charge.
